About Jeezy

Jeezy is an American rapper, originally known as Young Jeezy, who is from Atlanta, GA and brought the mainstream audience to the new genre of trap music along with artists like T.I., Gucci Mane, etc. Fans can expect to hear Jeezy perform hit songs such as "Soul Survivor" (feat. Akon), "Go Getta" (feat. Kanye West), "Hard" and more. Jeezy has many albums that have charted on the Billboard 200 charts and his 2005 album, Let's Get It: Thug Motivation 101 went double platinum.

The rapper is known as the leading artist of the hottest subgenre of hip hop known - trap, and his 2017 studio album "Trap or Die 3" reached #1 on the Billboard 200, becoming his third #1 release to date. A single from his 2008 album The Recession, also titled "The Recession" is an example of the artist's ability to cross genres. As mentioned before, Jeezy has a long career in the music industry. When he first started out in the music business, he would hand distribute his independent CDs, releasing his own albums and then getting signed to Def Jam Records.

While signed to Def Jam Jeezy continued to put out music while simultaneously running his independent grind, thus receiving much respect from fans and the media as a true "hustler" and earning him the "hustler's" theme throughout his music which is also one of the main reasons he is looked at as a legit artist in the Hip Hop world.

The venue for this concert is Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino. This Resort has a large parking garage for guests to park their vehicles. Typically there is a fee to park in the Planet Hollywood parking garage for concerts and shows; however, due to current construction, parking may not be as available as it normally is. Also, there are many street parking spaces and public parking lots in the surrounding Las Vegas area for guests to park at for this concert.
